10 Foods to Eat this Fall

As the hot and humid weather of summer slips away, the changing of seasons bears an abundance of fresh fall foods.  This article by the Wall Street Journal lists the top 10 ripest and healthiest foods to eat this season. Many of these fall fruits and vegetables make appearances in our menus.

1.       Concord Grapes

3.       Pears

Try our pears with autumn red cabbage

4.       Pomegranate

While this list covers some delicious fall fruits and vegetables, it just isn’t fall without caramel apples and pumpkin pie! Try our tiny lady apples dipped in caramel and chocolate and dusted with chopped nuts or coconut; and our ginger pumpkin tartlets. HAPPY HARVEST!

  2. I’m a San Diego caterer that’s been in business for 19 years, and I have to say that this is a really creative list, I could never have guessed some of it. These foods are great, though! Super healthy and delicious. Keep up the good work.
